Description

The SFA series clean gas filters are cartridge style filters that utilize a replaceable PTFE membrane disc to achieve 0.01 micron filtration at 99.99% efficiency.  They are suitable for use with compressed air or nitrogen.  The electropolished 316 stainless steel housing provides a smooth flow path and durability in clean environments. - Cartridge type, straight style clean gas filter - Replaceable elements - Operating pressure: 0.99MPa maximum, vacuum 1.3x10-6kPa - Max. flow rate: 26 lpm (SFA100); 70 lpm (SFA200); 140 lpm (SFA300)
