The PRD08-4DP is an M8 cylindrical inductive long-distance proximity sensor with a 4 mm sensing range and PNP output. The 4 mm range from an M8 body represents a significant range increase over standard M8 sensors, enabling detection across larger gaps in compact installations. Used in miniaturized automation where metal targets must be detected at greater-than-standard standoff distances.
