Intrinsically safe SY valve is designed to be used in hazardous location by limiting the energy that could cause ignition when used with properly sized barriers. - Utilization of the standard SY7000 body. - 52-SY when used with a safety barrier is certified and tested to the following ATEX classification: Ex II 2G EEx ia IIB T4..T6. - Three kinds of safety barriers are available. - The terminal box type (TT) is IP65 compliant. - Long life time (same as standard SY series). - This valve is only compatible with the legacy SY manifold - Body Ported.
